We are detaining refugees arriving in small boats and holding them hostage, not processing asylum claims, not allowing them to work while we threaten them with deportation to Rwanda. Some are committing suicide. We are becoming an international pariah.

And band together to bring sanction against the US and possibly even declare war. With the entire military machine dedicated to the disgusting endeavour, the ability of the US to defend itself will evaporate.
